The Greenland Centre, with an approximate height of 235 meters, currently stands as Sydney's tallest residential structure. Wind tunnel testing revealed the necessity for additional damping to maintain the RMS acceleration values within acceptable habitability criteria.

Due to height restrictions in the area for installation, TES proposed the implementation of a sliding TMD. This system offers a low-height design while maintaining performance comparable to pendulum-type TMDs.

Post-installation, TES conducted performance tests to verify the achievement of targeted vibration damping capabilities.
