TESolution had an annual workshop in beatiful Halong bay in Vietnam. Eveyone who participated had a very good time, got refreshed and ready to work hard for another year. 

TESolution Vibration Control team went on a business trip to Bangkok, Thailand to install and tune 4 TMDs. It was first case of incorporating TMD to mitigate vertical vibrations of flyover bridges in Thailand, where it was going through major rehabiliation work including building skywalks on 2nd floor level. Tuning work has been successfully completed with the keen interest and support of the Thai government.

Closing year 2023, there has been a celebration ceremony for the employees who will get promotion or be chosen as 'Employees of the Year', whose works deemed to have contributed most to the sales and growth of the company.  Cheers to everyone who worked hard in 2023 and to another successful growth in 2024!!

TESolution participated in SEWC(Structural Engineers Wold Congress) 2023 from 18-20 October 2023 held in the Korea Science and Technology Center, which is dedicated to Art, Science and Practice of Structural Engineering. Four employees of our company had the chance to participate as speakers in sharing the knowledge and experience of our company's wind eigineering technologes based on AMD and TMD being used in recent projects and new trending technology(PIM) of wind tunnel testing.  Moreover, TESolution participated with a booth as a Gold sponsor to display the  technologies in regard to Wind engineering service based on wind tunnel testing and Vibration Control technologies based on AMD and TMD devices. 

Opening ceremony for TESolution's brand new 3rd factory and rituals to wish blessings for the future success of the business was proceeded.  This new factory is aimed to serve the purpose as performance testing laboratory for vibration control devices, and various water experiment using watertank. 

Customers from Vietnam visited our company and wind tunnel facilities to witness the full bridge model wind tunnel test. We had the discussion of wind tunnel test and introduced vibration control device technologies. 

A company workshop was held in Phuket island, Thailand  for 3nights and 5days.  Away from work, everyone had a blast in Phuket. 

Customers from Thailand visited TESolution's HQ and factory to attend the factory performance test. TMD will be shipped for installation and tuning process at the worksite.

All the employees of TESolution made a trip to a beautiful city, CEBU, Philippines for a company workshop for 3 days and 5 nights. Everyone had a good time, taking a break from work and enjoyed the fun activities together, such as scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing and golfing and etc. 

TESolution has been awarded in a bid to design TMDs to control traffic vibration of the Bangkapi Bridge, Bangkok. A team of TESolution visited the site in Bangkok for site measurement work, discussing and planning of a successful design of TMD with customer Once constructed, it will be the first case of using TMD in bridge in Thailand!!!
